In the last two years, school work and project activities have been hampered by the KOVID 19 situation. Many of the planned activities were not carried out, including the activities related to MAST.
However, PMG continues to upgrade and equip its facilities. The focus is on mathematics, science and IT, but not as the only important sciences, but as fundamental to transferable skills. We have created a STEM center MICS, which covers 750 square meters from the third floor of the school building. It includes 4 classrooms, a teacher's office, three storage rooms and a common space -lobby and corridor. With new design and equipment, the existing Chemistry Laboratory, the corridor and the lobby were rebuilt. New learning spaces have been created - a laboratory for "Phytopharmacy, Cell Biology and Biochemistry", a "STEM Laboratory", a "STEM Cabinet" and a Teacher's Cabinet. The existing classrooms of "IT" and "MAST Atelier", built under projects funded by the CBC program "INTEREG Romania-Bulgaria 2014-2020", have joined the training areas.
In the PMG "St. Kliment Ohridski "open lessons and discussions were held such as exchange of good practices and exchange of innovations in education, which is an opportunity to improve students' educational outcomes and motivation to learn, develop creative thinking and various competencies, as well as the formation of emotional intelligence . Many of the activities took place in the office, equipped according to our common project.
Our students make us proud of their performances and victories in a number of competitions and Olympiads.

2021-2022:
Another successful year for PMG with the finalists for the National Olympiads in Mathematics, Mathematical Linguistics, Physics, Biology and Health Education.
At the Winter Mathematical Competition Bozhidar Danchev from 11th grade took first place with the maximum number of points, and Nikolay Georgiev from 10th grade won a bronze medal, each in his age group.
Two of our wonderful mathematicians Bozhidar Danchev from 11th grade and Nikolay Yordanov from 10th grade were invited by the Varna Mathematical High School to participate in the mathematics category. In a two-day competition, the boys won silver and bronze medals, respectively. Outstanding result considering the competition of 520 mathematicians from Romania, Russia, India, Turkey and many other countries. The level of tasks of the Zhautikov Olympiad is very difficult and is a good preparation for the upcoming International Mathematical Olympiad in July in Oslo, Norway.
Another reason for pride in the National Linguistics Competition. Among the winners are Mira Nedeva from 8th grade - first place, Nikolay Georgiev from 10th grade - first place, Desislava Neykova from 12th grade - third place.
For the fourth year in a row, Nikolay Georgiev from the 10th grade of the St. Kliment Ohridski Primary School will present the school and district of Silistra at the National Physics Olympiad.
For another year there are students ranked for the National Olympiad in Biology and Health Education. The outstanding graduates of the high school are Preslav Petrov and Kremena Yordanova from the 11th grade.
On May 2, 2022 in the city of Sofia was held the national round of the international student competition Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship 2022, organized by the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ". In the first round, 1,500 students from all over the country competed. Among the ranked 31 participants with a maximum of 1000 points are the nine graduates of PMG "St. Kliment Ohridski "- Nikolay Georgiev, Alex Morarov and Konstantin Kirilov from 10th grade, Mihail Iliev and Bozhidar Dimitrov from 11th grade, Victoria Cholakova and Dimitar Hristov from 12th grade, Ivan Radev and Marinela Nikolova from 12th grade. Seven of the students study in the Mathematics profile and two in the Software and Hardware Sciences profile. Thanks to these results, students will take part in the world finals in the United States, where they will compete with about 500 students from over 150 countries.
